Martin has over 30 years of experience as a creative marketing specialist, business strategist and investor/advisor/board member. Clients and partners have included; Disney, Levi Straus & Co, Taco Bell, eBay, PayPal, PG&E, Wells Fargo, The San Francisco Giants, and Microsoft.
Martin founded and grew the pioneering digital marketing firm, Swirl, until its sale to Japanese conglomerate, Dentsu in 2017. In 2018, Martin expanded his Investment and M&A experience through his work with Cox Enterprises where he was the New Ventures Lead for Cox Mobility. Today he continues as a Board Advisor to several private companies including, ePropelled, LegionM and Green House Capital and was member of the Board of Directors of Volta, a NASDAQ-listed company taken private and sold to Shell Oil in 2023.
As a first-generation Californian and South San Francisco native, Martin is proud of his Bay Area roots and his upbringing in a multicultural family and community. Martin and his wife and two children, support many organizations which empower minorities and under-represented groups in their efforts to change society for the better. These groups include, CASA, Best Buddies, SF YMCA and Safe Passage/Guatemala.

Jeff is a seasoned Financial Executive with 40 years of experience in Marketing Services, Telecommunication, Broadcasting, and Management Consulting. He has served as the CFO for some of the largest advertising agencies on the West Coast.
He has been directly involved on both the buy and sell side of several M&A deals, and most recently led the effort to sell the largest healthcare focused ad agency on the West Coast at a substantial multiple.

Elliott Brown is a Digital Transformation and Performance Marketing executive, having spent the last 28-plus years defining, designing, implementing and leveraging insights to perfect digital experiences that have transformed consumer engagement and driven revenue and growth for some of the world’s most iconic brands, like Nike,UPS, Coca-Cola, Google and more.
Elliott’s varied experience extends from starting and running his own digital experience agencies – as early as the mid-1990’s, to leading several of the top recognized agencies in the world.
Today, Elliott serves as a partner to portfolio companies within 19York as Chief Growth Officer, as a business development executive, leveraging his experience with organic and net-new growth efforts to drive revenue. Taking an impact and outcomes–focused approach, he seeks to facilitate partnerships with brands, companies and agencies.

Andrew Levin is a Senior Vice President with Rockefeller Capital Management. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, he spent over 13 years at UBS Private Wealth Management advising affluent families, foundations and institutions.
Andrew has had a passion for investing from the age of 13. Destined for a career on Wall Street, he worked with a portfolio manager, fixed income trader, family office and wealth management firm prior to joining Bear Stearns & Co. as an equity analyst in 2006.
As a Senior Portfolio Manager, Andrew draws on his capital markets background to provide him with a differentiated perspective to address the financial challenges of complex balance sheets and concentrated wealth. His deep industry knowledge and experience has given him a seasoned perspective on the markets and investment strategy. Andrew also has developed a focus on working with entrepreneurs throughout the monetization and liquidity planning process.

Jason Parks has 25+ years of experience developing brand strategy in the CPG, retail and consumer goods categories and leading growth efforts on behalf of the agency. At BarkleyOKRP, he has served as Chief Growth Officer since 2019 and oversees all growth initiatives for the agency. Under his leadership, Barkley has celebrated five consecutive record-breaking years with BarkleyOKRP.
Under his leadership, the agency led the US in number of new client wins in 2020 according to COMvergence. He has led brands including Dairy Queen, Target, ESPN, Applebee’s and Hershey. He has been honored as one of Kansas City’s 40 most influential business leaders under the age of 40 and St. Louis’ 30 under 30 most influential business leaders.

Suzanne Williams is a strategic financial executive with experience in diverse corporate environments, including public, private and ESOP companies. Suzanne serves as CFO of the Barkley advertising agency where she oversees finance, legal, IT, facilities, and plays a strategic role in overall company management.
During her tenure she has transformed the accounting team into a cutting-edge finance organization and achieved record breaking top and bottom-line results. Additionally, she has structured and carried out multiple acquisitions, as well as a management buyout of the ESOP.
She also played a key role in the partial sell of Barkley to the PE firm Keystone Capital. Responsibilities included due diligence, financing, negotiations, synergies, and post-acquisition implementation.
Prior to joining Barkley, Suzanne worked for Sprint as the VP of Financial Planning and Analysis. She reported to the CFO and led corporate-wide financial planning processes. Other roles during her 20 years with Sprint included Chief Audit Executive. She also held management roles in Investor Relations, Pricing, and Process Excellence.

Mr. Haig was most recently the SVP and General Counsel at Cox Automotive. Cox Automotive revenues exceed $9 billion and is a subsidiary of Cox Enterprises Inc.,a privately-owned, Atlanta-based company with over $23 billion in annual
revenue. Before Cox, Mr. Haig was the International General Counsel, responsible all legal matters across 33 countries in Asia Pacific, for The Coca-Cola Company.
He is a strong and seasoned International General Counsel with over 30 years of extensive global legal and business experience (19 years with The Coca-Cola Company) who has lived and worked overseas in Asia Pacific, Europe, Eurasia, the Middle East and the United States.
A proven, proactive, hands-on Leader and People Manager, with extensive experience in legal insourcing and restructuring, as well as budget management and administrate on, who builds and develops high performing legal teams.
He has deep experience in partnering closely with Executive Leadership and cross functional Teams such as Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Risk Management, Marketing, M&A, Tax and Public/Government Affairs.

Patrick joins 19York as an Advisor after an extensive career in the advertising and marketing communications industry. Most recently, he was President and Partner of BSSP, a leading independent agency over a 20-year span, during which time they were named Best Small Agency of the Year, Small Agency of the Decade and one of Outside Magazine’s Best Places to Work in America.
Prior to BSSP, Patrick worked in New York, Australia, Hong Kong, London and San Francisco for leading holding company agencies and is convinced agile, innovative, independent organizations like 19York and its specialist portfolio companies will more effectively compete in today’s cluttered and fragmented marketing landscape.
As Advisor, Patrick will work with 19York to evaluate new investment opportunities and help on-board recently acquired companies.
